Available only in SEQ
Our journey to create SUCASA® began with a clear vision: to address the pressing demand for flexible, high-quality homes that can be easily adapted to Australian conditions. After years of importing and selling tiny homes, we recognised the need to develop a product that not only meets local requirements but also responds to the unique needs of Australians.
That’s why every SUCASA® home is proudly made right here in Australia, designed for our environment, and created to offer an “out of the box” solution to the current housing challenges.
The SUCASA® range is built for both commercial and personal applications. Whether you’re looking for a primary or secondary dwelling for yourself or family members, seeking to generate extra income with a granny flat, a developer aiming to increase rental returns, or a resort or caravan park expanding accommodation options, the SUCASA® range offers a fast, efficient, and high-quality solution.
No matter your needs, our friendly team is here to understand your requirements and help to find the right solution for you.
We didn’t do this alone. The SUCASA® range was crafted in collaboration with leading industry experts – including interior designers, builders, and certifiers – and, most importantly, with input from our existing customers. This collaboration has allowed us to deliver a product that is both functional and stylish.
Each SUCASA® home is designed to be modern, comfortable, and suited to a variety of lifestyles, all while maintaining affordability and high standards of quality.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS & SITE DISCOVERY
The journey begins with understanding which product from the SUCASA® range best suits your needs. One of our friendly Sales Representatives will guide you through this process, answer questions, provide an indicative quote, and connect you with licensed builders for site-specific council approval.
DESIGN & REVIEW
After securing preliminary council approval, our Sales Representative will provide an official quote tailored to your site-specific requirements. At this point, the accredited building partner will also offer a quote for the installation of your unit, as well as for any additional site-specific requirements you may have.
PRODUCTION
Upon accepting our quotation and making the initial deposit, production of your home will commence. During this time, your building partner will collaborate with you to complete any necessary preparations at your site, such as installing footings or connecting services to the required locations. You can expect your home to be ready within 10 to 12 weeks (unless otherwise advised).

Class 1A refers to a single dwelling, whether it’s a detached house, tiny home, granny flat or part of a group like a townhouse or a row house.
Class 1A is ideal for tiny homes because it provides a solid foundation of safety, comfort, and durability, aligning with the National Construction Code (NCC) standards. These standards ensure the tiny home is structurally sound, fire-safe, energy-efficient, and well-ventilated.
By meeting Class 1A criteria, your tiny home can function like a traditional dwelling, offering the same level of security and comfort. This is especially important for long-term living.
Our newest model, The SUCASA®, is designed to meet Class 1A and NCC standards, ensuring that it’s built to last while offering you a safe space to call home!
The Class 1A classification allows your tiny home to function like a traditional dwelling, offering the same level of security and comfort as a conventional home—essential for long-term living.
With Class 1A certification, your home complies with relevant council regulations for permanent dwellings. This gives you peace of mind, as it is recognised as a permanent structure that cannot be relocated by the council. In contrast, many tiny homes on wheels do not hold Class 1A classification; instead, they are often treated as caravans, which are considered relocatable structures rather than permanent residences. Because caravans lack Class 1A or council approval, local councils can require you to move or remove them at any time, and there may be restrictions on how long they can be occupied consecutively.
Once a Class 1A tiny home successfully navigates the council approval process, it is officially recognised as a permanent primary or secondary residence. This classification allows you the flexibility to use your home as you choose—whether as a primary dwelling, granny flat, or Airbnb.
At the moment, the SUCASA® Range is exclusively available in Southeast Queensland (SEQ), but we’re actively working on expanding availability across Australia.
If you’re located outside SEQ, feel free to reach out and register your interest—we’ll keep you informed as soon as SUCASA® becomes available in your area.
The SUCASA® Report range offers both one-bedroom and two-bedroom options.

The SUCASA® range offers several key differences compared to our expandable tiny homes.
The most notable distinction is the classification. The SUCASA® range is designed to meet Class 1A standards for permanent living—just like traditional houses. These homes comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), ensuring structural integrity, fire safety, insulation, and ventilation for long-term comfort and security.
In contrast, our expandable tiny homes are built to be mounted on ADR (Australian Design Rules)-approved trailers. While they offer greater mobility and are ideal for temporary or recreational use, they don’t meet the same permanent dwelling standards as Class 1A homes.
SUCASA® homes are proudly designed and manufactured in Brisbane, representing the top tier of our offerings. On the other hand, our expandable range is manufactured overseas by trusted partners.
We provide these two distinct options to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Whether you’re looking for a permanent, fully compliant home or a flexible, mobile solution, we’ve got you covered. If you have any questions, our experienced team is here to assist!
We seek to bring quality affordable housing to every Australian!
