How to Order Your SUCASA® Steel Frame Kit

We have made ordering your SUCASA® Steel Frame Kit simple. Whether you choose our pre-designed frame or provide your own custom design.

Option 1: Choose Our Design

Our signature SUCASA® Resort 1-Bedroom Unit or another of our designs of you choosing.

What’s included: Frame kit, sub-floor, frame plans, installation instructions, Form 15 Strctural Design Certificate, and a 10-year structural warranty.

Option 2: Provide Your Own Design

If you have a plan you like, here’s how it works:

Submit Your Design: Send detailed plans to our sales team.
In-House Design Review: We will provide a frame quote based on the plan supplied.
Approval and Sign-Off: When the quote is approved, a deposit paid and plan is sign-off production can be scheduled.
During Production: Plans are supplied so ground works can be started by you or your chosen contractor.
Supplied with Delivery: Our team provides at no charge a detailed frame drawing, assembly instruction and a Form 15 Structural Design Certificate.
