Our signature design, the SUCASA® Resort 1-Bedroom Unit, offers a fully engineered, pre-fabricated solution for your tiny home. If this design meets your needs, you can simply place an order with our sales team, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s included: The SUCASA® Resort frame kit and sub-floor, detailed plans, detailed installation instructions, and a 10-year structural warranty.

Option 2: Provide Your Own Design

If you have a custom design in mind, we’ve made it easy for you to bring it to life with our SUCASA® Steel Frame Kits. Follow these simple steps:

Submit Your Design: Provide our sales team with detailed drawings or plans of your desired structure.
In-House Design Review: Our design team will create a detailed CAD version of your plans and evaluate your specifications to ensure everything meets engineering standards.
