The MLH OS

The MLH 20ft OS Expander is built with a durable steel frame, sealed with a high-quality zinc primer undercoat and finished with quality acrylic paint for long-term protection from weather and rust. The walls and ceilings feature Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) panels while the roof is steel plate (unlike others who use fibreglass). The resulting MLH expander range are known for their superior thermal and acoustic insulation.

Each MLH 20ft OS Expander features durable 12mm closed cell Polyvinyl with a timber-look vinyl covering, providing both style and practicality. Designed for thermal insulation, it is also waterproof, rot-proof and insect-proof for long-term durability.

• 12mm closed cell recyclable Polyvinyl sub-flooring offering moisture resistance, rot and insect protection
• Closed cell Polyvinyl skirting and capping trim for a polished look is included and also recyclable
• Grey PVC vinyl flooring comes pre-laid for convenience and easy maintenance

The MLH 20ft OS Expander range is equipped with lockable double-glazed toughened safety glass windows with fly screens provided as a standard inclusion. Front entry doors provide a secure lock with built in dead lock as standard, ensuring security and safety.

• Modern interior doors, painted and pre-hung with locks, ready for handles (included) at the time of installation
• Exterior windows in aluminium frames with mesh fly screens for ventilation and protection
• Double Glazed safety glass swing door & half front entry doors, provide extra room to move furniture in and out or for easy wheelchair accessibility access

The MLH 20ft OS Electrical system is built and compliant to Australian Standards (AS 3000 and AS 3001) with installed and pre-wired Electrical Distribution Board (EDB), power points and light switches. Lights are supplied but not fitted due to the nature of expandable structures. Final electrical building connections need to be completed by a licenced tradesperson after installation.

The MLH 20ft OS Expander features a practical L-shaped kitchen, designed for efficiency and ample workspace, and is supplied pre-assembled ready for installation during the setup process. The functional layout affords plenty of bench space, with room for a refrigerator and dishwasher or freestanding cooktop/oven.

The MLH 20ft OS Expander bathroom comes pre-installed and fitted, requiring only final external connections by a licenced tradesperson after the MLH expander home has been setup.

The MLH 20ft OS Expander is pre-plumbed for convenience, requiring only final connections by a licensed plumber after installation. Designed for efficiency and compliance, the system includes separate waste and greywater plumbing, with all plumbing outlets positioned at the centre rear section beneath the MLH 20ft OS Expander home.

• Australian WATERMARKED certified taps, shower and plumbing fixtures ensure quality and compliance
• Kitchen and bathroom come pre-plumbed with hot and cold water threaded inlets for easy connection
• 50mm Greywater and 100mm Waste water outlet located externally for easy connection
• 20mm brass threaded Hot and Cold water inlets located externally for easy connection
• Kitchen sink water and waste connection points are pre-plumbed for easy connection, including inlets for dishwashers and other appliances
