These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of selected products made during the Promotion. By making a purchase from us during the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Sale Period:

a. The Promotion will run from the 7^th of May 2024, 4.00 pm AEST to the 31st of May 2024 at 11.59 pm AEST.

b. My Little House reserves the right to extend or shorten the sale period at its discretion.

Eligible Products:

a. The promotion applies only to selected products.

b. The eligible products are listed on My Little House’s website and/or in-store during the sale period.

c. My Little House reserves the right to modify the list of eligible products at any time.

d. Free Air conditioner is supplied by My Little House and is dependable on stock availability and is available on all My Little House Tiny Homes.

e. The eligible products include all variances of the following products:

                 a) Oasis

                 b) Haven

                 c) Retreat

                 d) Studio

                 e) Vista

                 f) Sanctuary

Product Availability and Purchases:

a. All products are subject to availability.

b. Purchases of eligible products during the promotion are limited to the stock on hand.

c. My Little House reserves the right to limit the quantity of eligible products that can be purchased per customer.

d. My Little House reserves the right to cancel any orders that violate these terms and conditions or its policies.

e. To be eligible for the free air conditioning, customers must either pay a deposit or purchase the product outright within the promotion period. The deposit amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase and will be deducted from the final purchase price. Please note that failure to pay the deposit or purchase the product outright within the promotion period may result in the loss of eligibility for the free air conditioning unit.

Returns and Refunds:

a. Products purchased during the Promotion are subject to My Little House’s regular return and refund policies.

b. Refunds will be issued based on the purchased price of the product.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. These terms and conditions are in addition to My Little House’s regular terms and conditions of sale.

b. My Little House reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.

c. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

d. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
