• My Little House reserves the right to extend or shorten the sale period at its discretion.
• Percentage off sale is up to 15% off on selected products listed on the website via sale slash pricing.

General Sale Terms and Conditions:

1. Availability: All products are subject to availability. My Little House does not guarantee the availability of any product during the promotion period.
2. Prices: Prices are as marked and are subject to change without notice. My Little House reserves the right to adjust prices for any reason, including but not limited to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or promotions.
3. Discounts: Discounts and promotions are not valid on previous purchases, gift cards, shipping, or taxes. They cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location. My Little House is not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Exchanges: Standard return and exchange policies apply to all purchases made during the promotion period. Customers must adhere to My Little House’s return and exchange guidelines as outlined in the regular terms and conditions.
6. Promotional Items: Any promotional items or gifts with purchase are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability: My Little House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the promotion or the use or inability to use any product purchased during the promotion.

Refund Policy: a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under this policy, customers must have met the eligibility criteria for the promotion, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. b. Refund Amount: If a customer is eligible for a refund under this policy, the refund amount will be the total amount paid by the customer, less any applicable fees and charges. c. Refund Requests: Customers who wish to request a refund must do so in writing, either by email or letter, to the seller from whom they purchased the tiny home. The request must include the customer’s name, contact details, and details of the purchase. d. Refund Process: The seller will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and will notify the customer of the outcome of their request within a reasonable period of time. If the refund is approved, the seller will process the refund within 30 days of the approval. e. Limitations: This refunds policy only applies to the promotion and does not affect the customer’s rights under any applicable laws. f. Changes: This refunds policy is subject to change without prior notice. g. Liability: The seller accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from this refunds policy, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. h. Participation: Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of this refunds policy.

Other Terms and Conditions: a) These terms and conditions are in addition to My Little House’s regular terms and conditions of sale. b) My Little House reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time. c) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. d) Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
