Sizzling Summer Savings Event – Terms and Conditions

The sale event will run from 9th of December 2024, 9:00 AM AEST, to 31st of December 2024, 11:59 PM AEST.
My Little House reserves the right to extend or shorten the sale period at its discretion.

By participating in the Sizzling Summer Savings Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


General Terms

1.1 Additional Terms:
These terms and conditions are supplementary to the regular terms and conditions of sale for My Little House. By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with both the specific conditions of this sale and My Little House’s standard terms and conditions.

1.2 Modification or Cancellation:
My Little House reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, extend, or cancel the Sizzling Summer Savings Event at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect previously confirmed purchases.

1.3 Product Availability:
The promotion is subject to stock availability. My Little House does not guarantee that all promotional products will be available for the entire duration of the sale period. Products may sell out before the conclusion of the sale event, and no rainchecks will be provided.


Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Applicable Products:
The Sizzling Summer Savings promotion is applicable only to selected products as indicated by My Little House. Sucasa® products, as well as other non-participating items, are excluded from the sale and will be charged at their regular prices.

2.2 Eligibility for Sale Pricing:
To be eligible for the sale pricing, customers must either pay a deposit or purchase the product outright during the sale period. The amount of the deposit required will be communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to meet this deposit or complete the transaction within the sale period will result in forfeiture of the discounted price.

2.3 Full Payment Requirement:
For purchases made on deposit, the balance payment must be completed within the payment terms provided at the time of purchase. Any delays or failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of the sale price, and the customer will be required to pay the full retail price.


Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing Validity:
The sale prices are valid only during the sale period. Prices cannot be applied retroactively to any previous purchases made before the sale period, nor can they be extended beyond the promotional end date. Sale pricing is not available in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless specifically stated.

3.2 Payment Methods:
All purchases under the Sizzling Summer Savings event must be made using one of My Little House’s approved payment methods. These include, but are not limited to, direct bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, and approved third-party financing options (if available). Any payment fees or surcharges applicable to your chosen payment method will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

3.3 Taxes and Additional Charges:
All prices displayed as part of the Sizzling Summer Savings event are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). However, additional charges such as shipping, handling, or any specific product customization may not be included in the sale price and will be charged separately.


Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Terms:
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the product and location. My Little House will communicate estimated delivery times at the point of sale. Please note that orders placed during the sale period may experience extended processing and delivery times due to high demand. Customers are advised to place their orders early to avoid delays.

4.2 International Shipping:
For international customers, shipping and delivery costs, customs duties, and taxes are not included in the promotional pricing and will be calculated separately. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with local customs regulations in their country of residence.


Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

5.1 Return and Exchange Policy:
Products purchased during the Sizzling Summer Savings event are subject to My Little House’s standard return and exchange policy. Any product returned must be in original, undamaged condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our standard return policy.

5.2 Refunds and Price Adjustments:
No price adjustments will be made for products purchased before the Sizzling Summer Savings event. Refunds for returns will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase and will not include any shipping or handling fees unless the product was defective or damaged in transit.

5.3 Warranty Claims:
Products purchased during the Sizzling Summer Savings event are covered by My Little House’s standard product warranty. Any warranty claims must be made in accordance with the warranty terms, and any repairs or replacements will follow standard warranty processes.


Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law:
These terms and conditions, as well as any sale or purchase made under the Sizzling Summer Savings event, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

6.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Sizzling Summer Savings event, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.


Miscellaneous

7.1 Limitation of Liability:
My Little House shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to participation in the Sizzling Summer Savings event.

7.2 Force Majeure:
My Little House is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these terms if such failure arises from any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government regulations.

Terms and Conditions for the SUCASA® Prize Tree Giveaway

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is My Little House, operating through the website mylittlehouse.com.au.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • Participants must attend the My Little House Open Day on the 14th of December 2024 and register their details in person. Between 8.30am – 2pm
  3. How to Enter:
    • Participants must register their full name, phone number, email address, and postcode with the team at the designated registration area.
    • Upon registration, participants may select one bauble from the SUCASA® Prize Tree.
  4. Prizes:
    • Prizes include:
      • Multiple Visa Gift Cards (value varies).
      • Four (4) x $500 My Little House Vouchers.
      • Free sausage sizzles.
    • Odds of winning are 1 in 3.
  5. Prize Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
    • My Little House vouchers are redeemable only at mylittlehouse.com.au and are valid for six (6) months from the issue date.
    • Prizes must be claimed on the day of the event.
  6. General Conditions:
    • Participants must be present at the event to enter and claim prizes.

  7. Liability:

Open Day – 50% Off Delivery

Run Date: The Promotion will run from the  14th of December 2024, 9:00 AM AEST, to14th of December 2024, 11:59 PM AEST. (the “Promotion Period”).

Promotion Details:

a)       The “Open Day – 50% Off Delivery” campaign offers 50% off standard delivery to customers located within a 200-kilometre radius of our Brisbane Showroom during the Promotion Period.

b)       The campaign applies to select products as determined by My Little House and is subject to product availability.

c)       Our Syndey Showroom address is Unit 2/151 Robinson Road, Geebung 4034

 

How to Participate:

a)       To redeem this promotion, customers must make a qualifying purchase of eligible products at the My Little House

b)       The qualifying purchase must be made within the Promotion Period to be eligible for 50% off freight.

 

Eligibility:

a)       This promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.

b)       Customers must either pay a deposit, purchase the product outright within the sale period and will need to pay their balance payment on time as per the notes on their invoice to continue to qualify for the “Open Day – 50% Off Delivery” Promotion. The deposit amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that failure to pay the deposit or purchase the product outright within the sale period may result in the loss of eligibility for 50% off Freight.

 

50% off Freight:

a)       50% off freight delivery is available only for eligible products and within a 200-kilometre radius of the My Little House Brisbane Showroom.

b)       The 50% off freight promotion will only cover delivery on a standard flat bed truck and does not include transport on a HIAB or any additional charges to unload eligible products.

c)       The customer’s delivery address must fall within the specified distance to be eligible for 50% off freight. Any addresses beyond this radius will not qualify for 50% off freight.

d)       Our Brisbane Showroom address is Unit 2/151 Robinson Road Geebung 4034

 

 

Exclusions:

a)       The promotion does not cover installation, assembly, or other additional services.

b)       My Little House reserves the right to exclude certain products from the promotion.

 

Delivery Schedule: The delivery schedule will be determined by My Little House based on product availability and location.

Cancellation and Returns: Orders placed under this promotion are subject to My Little House’s standard cancellation and return policies.

Modification or Termination: My Little House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms:

a)       My Little House’s decisions regarding this promotion are final and binding.

b)       These terms and conditions are subject to Australian law.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a)       This offer is subject to product availability.

b)       The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by My Little House.

c)       My Little House reserves the right to cancel or modify this campaign at its discretion.

d)       The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.

e)       The discount is valid only during the Promotion Period and cannot be redeemed before or after this timeframe.

f)         My Little House is not responsible for any technical or internet issues that may affect participation in the campaign.

g)        By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

h)       These terms and conditions are in addition to My Little House’s regular terms and conditions of sale.

i)          These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

j)          Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Data Protection: By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to the promoter collecting and using their personal information in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

Liability: The promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Participation: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy:

a.       Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under this policy, customers must have met the eligibility criteria for the promotion, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

b.       Refund Amount: If a customer is eligible for a refund under this policy, the refund amount will be the total amount paid by the customer, less any applicable fees and charges.

c.       Refund Requests: Customers who wish to request a refund must do so in writing, either by email or letter, to the seller from whom they purchased the product from. The request must include the customer’s name, contact details, and details of the purchase.

d.       Refund Process: The seller will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and will notify the customer of the outcome of their request within a reasonable period of time. If the refund is approved, the seller will process the refund within 30 days of the approval.

e.       Changes: This refunds policy is subject to change without prior notice.

f.         Liability: The seller accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from this refunds policy, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

g.        Participation: Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of this refunds policy.
