The 20ft Expandable Sanctuary features a heavy-duty, N1-certified structural steel frame, finished with a zinc-rich primer and durable epoxy coating for long-term strength and corrosion resistance.

Insulated roof and wall panel systems provide effective thermal and acoustic performance, with optional feature cladding to enhance weather protection and appearance.

Its folding frame design allows the Sanctuary to remain compact during transport and expand on site to nearly eight times its shipping footprint, making it ideal for relocatable, fast-deployment, and flexible use applications.

The 20ft Expandable Sanctuary is one of the most versatile and adaptable buildings in the My Little House range, engineered to deliver maximum usable space from a highly efficient transport footprint.

Designed for logistics efficiency, up to six Sanctuary units can be transported within a single 40ft High Cube container, before expanding on site to create nearly eight times their shipping size. Once deployed, the Sanctuary becomes a flexible, open-plan structure that can be configured to suit an exceptionally wide range of applications.

Delivered as a blank canvas, the Sanctuary is commonly used as a site or project office, commercial kitchen, classroom or training space, emergency accommodation for flood or fire-affected areas, childcare facility, gym or wellness studio, personal office, boarding or bunk room, pool house, rumpus room, or temporary community space. Its adaptability makes it equally suitable for residential, commercial, and emergency response use.
