Steel frame, zinc rich primer undercoat finished with an epoxy paint in Grand Grey.

Magnesium concrete composite (MGO) flooring offers high performance with little to no maintenance, rot, and insect resistant and with excellent thermal insulation properties.

Centre roof is thick steel sheeting to the exterior and finished with an epoxy paint in Grand Grey. It has glass-wool underlay for thermal and acoustic insulation. Inside is a steel ceiling finished with an enamel paint in off white.

Side roofs are either fibreglass or steel cladded to the exterior and steel cladded to the interior, with expanded polystyrene between for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Walls are steel cladded to the exterior and interior, with expanded polystyrene between for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Windows are aluminium framed and double glazed for thermal and acoustic insulation, with flyscreens to windows.

External doors are aluminium and double glazed for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Internal doors to bathrooms are aluminium framed and finished with frosted privacy glass.

Electrical cable is pre-wired from an outside cable tail to Electrical Distribution Board (with circuit breakers), then to all lights, switches, and power points as per Australian Standard AS3001. It is also pre-wired for Air Conditioning connection.

A licenced electrician will be required to connect all lights, switches, and power points and mains power to suit your specific requirements.

Glamorous L shape kitchen with white quartz engineered stone bench top and rear mini splash riser, white cabinets and overhead cupboards to one side. Stainless steel double bowl sink with ceramic cartridge flick mixer tapware supplied.

Hot and cold water ready with brass threaded inlets pre-plumbed to the kitchen and bathrooms, a cold water caravan plumbing kit is supplied with a pressure reducing valve, water hose adaptor and some brass fittings for easy plug in cold water connection.

Grey water is pre-plumbed from the kitchen and bathroom using 50mm PVC pipe to a single outlet.

No Waste is installed or needed due to the toilet supplied with this model.

The best trailer for the Oasis is our ADR Trailer 3.5 is a tri-axle trailer with a 3500kg ATM.

This trailer has been engineered to ADR requirements and ready for registration (not included).

Our tiny mobile homes can easily be set up or packed up within a day, it take just three to five hours to unfold (excludes options). It has gas assisted struts to help lift the roof in position.
